All products remain the property of MicheleMowat.com until payment is cleared.
Items will be despatched when full payment is received. We will provide you with a refund or replace products for you if they are damaged in transit. You will need to notify us within 7 days of any claim you wish to make and return the items within 30 days. You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance.
All warranties and representations are otherwise fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.
All art prints are sold as unframed items, each is signed by the artist, and packaged in a tube for delivery.
